Refunds
Effective from June 6, 2026
Patchable is a one-time purchase. We've designed each tier to be fair both ways — here's how each one works.
For the Outside Scan: you see the findings before you pay. The free scan shows you the headline count, categories, and severity of what we found. If there's nothing worth fixing, you got that information at no cost. If there is, you decide whether the full report is worth buying.
For the Full Audit and Enterprise: the work product is the playbook itself — the in-depth audit that runs locally inside your coding agent, the stack-specific fix prompts, and the report you keep. The audit runs against your codebase whether we find ten issues or none, and a clean report is documented evidence that you're production-ready. Confidence is the product, not just the bug list.
Because the value is delivered the moment you read the report or run the audit, all purchases are final — subject to the specific exceptions below.
When we refund
We will refund or reissue your purchase in the following cases:
- The product didn't work. If a scan or audit failed on our end and you couldn't actually use what you bought, email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll refund the purchase price or rerun the scan — your choice.
- Duplicate or unauthorised charges. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for a purchase you didn't authorise, we'll refund it once we've confirmed the charge.
- Material misrepresentation. If we sold you something materially different from what's described on this site, we'll refund or replace it.
To request a refund, email hi@patchable.dev with your purchase email and order reference. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer based in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Because our reports, audits and prompts are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as permitted under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including remedies for faulty digital content.
